Location: Go through Nelson IL. (between Rockfalls & Dixon), turn left after crossing tracks, drive to end of dirt road, then walk 1/2 mile to bride; about 100 yards short of bridge is where I was fishing and the island on the other side is where I saw it and watch it for about an hour.

Description of event: Please viit my website, I have a "Bigfoot page" with my complete story. I heard something crashing through bryers and reeds for two hours, running back and forth. I thought we startled some Deer; it was quite annoying. After awhile it got real quiet and I got a feeling something was watching me, so I looked around across the slough and I made out a hairy head, something was indeed watching me. I told my buddy I saw a Deer, then I said "no, it just walked out in the open and it walked upright on two legs, must be a bear", but we don't have Bears around here. As I watched it more and it kept walking out in the open between two bushes. I told my buddy it looked like a bigfoot! He came over and we both watched it. We kept on fishing, but this thing seemed to be getting nervous, and so we hightailed it out of there. So I not only saw a Bigfoot, I watched one for about an hour! I have never reported this, except today someone from Utah contacted me and is using my info; so I came across this site and thought I'd share with you. I have Bigfoot pictures I drew on my site also.
