Location: well it is 4 miles out of fort washikie in the hills.

REPORT DETAIL

Description of event: well me and my friend were in my car when we broke down all of a sudden. we knew a family member who lived near that area. (towards the hills) so we started walking. when my friend heard a whistling noise. A little while later we heard like a howling sound we thought it was a coyote so we continued with our journey. then we heard a noise in the bushes, and we decided to check it out. then a big monster king of figure stood right before our eyes we started to run. the thing chased us 400 yards away form the siting area.
