Location: Heading south on Hacienda Ave in Montura Estates. This is off of Club House Ave. after turning into Montura off of S.R.833.

You can get there by traveling down Hwy 27 west to Hwy 80 continue to 833 and turn left. Go about 7 miles to Montura Estates arches turn in, left, this is Club House Ave. Go to end turn right on Hasienda this is the road I saw ? on.

REPORT DETAIL

Description of event: My husband, deceased now, and I were returning from the store and were traveling slow cheking out area for new homes. It had rained earlier and it was still drizzling off and on but we could see well enough.

I saw a person come up on the road from my left and travel in front of us. He was maybe a half mile away or so but of course we were gaining on him. I remember thinking who in their right mind would be out in that kind of weather walking.

He then crossed over in front of the car and continued down road still traveling same direction we were. We then came to Hunting Club Ave and we started to turn left - that's when I noticed that this person was still going on down Hacienda, that he hadn`t turned off either way. As this was deep woods and nobody lived down that way that's when I really took a more serious interest in the person.

That's when I saw hair blowing in the wind on his legs, long hair and that's when I saw he was covered in hair. His hair on his head seemed to be long and went at an angle to his shoulders. He was big, over 6 ft and I`m guessing over 300lbs. He was black or very dark. He/it never turned to look at us so I didn`t see the face.

At this time my husband stopped the car and I looked at him. I don`t remember us talking at all before this. He said, is that what I thought it was? I remember saying I think so. He backed the car up, this only took a secound but the ? was gone. We looked for it all the way to end of road and down another road that it was close to but we never saw it agan.

This was over 20 years ago but I can still see Him/it/ her...in my mind. I think anyone who has this kind of experence isn`t about to forget it. I`ve lived all over Florida and have lived in rual areas and the woods most of my life. I`m 60 now. I`ve never seen anything like this before or since.

I don`t believe anyone was in a suit of hair as this was very unpoulated place at that time. This also wasn`t a bear or any other animal I can think of.
