REPORT DETAIL

Description of event: My work partner and I were in the area working on our equipment. I had parked my rig to the side of the road while working. When we were leaving I noticed fluid dripping underneath the truck. It turned out to be AC condensation. As I was standing back up from a kneeling position, I noticed a peculiar track in the dirt close to the driver's side front tire. What struck me was how wide the track was. I called my partner over to take a look. We both agreed that the track was awfully wide to be a human track. The track measured 9.5"Lx 5.5" wide. He took several photos with his phone cam. The area can be accessed by foot, Mtn. bike. We thought it highly unlikely that someone would be up there several miles from the bottom in barefeet, especially since the ground if really rough, sharp rock, interspersed with patches of bare dirt. We looked for further tracks, but found nothing definitive. The soil on both sides of the road is nothing but rocks. The area is somewhat remote, with vast tiberlands strething in all directions.
