REPORT DETAIL
Description of event: Myself,my wife and two German Shepherds wanted to go hiking on Neakanie Mountain. The main trail was very crowded due to the nice weather so we decided to hike up the logging road beyond the locked gate. We hiked to the top to the clear cut with great views. On the way down we both heard something following us in the trees. Every time we stopped to listen it stopped, then we would walk again and it would start again. At one time a fist size rock was gently tossed across my wife's path and actually hit her boot. It is only because of these things happening at the same time I am filling this as it was odd. Lastly our oldest dog at one moment stopped in her tracks which is unusual. Nothing threatening but unusual.
