Polk county, OR
Nearest town: Monmouth
Nearest road: Talmadge Rd.
Conditions: Rainy
Time: early morning
Location: Open hilly field with patches of dense trees. No near water sources. Some blackberry bushes scattered about.

REPORT DETAIL

Description of event: I was driving on my way to work, when I saw a dark figure walking about. I looked to my right and slowed down to around 10 mph when I noticed bigfoot. It just stood there, watching me as I came to a stop. It appeared to be holding a small animal, possibly a raccoon or nutria. After about 8 minutes the beast started trotting off into the woods and started running.
