George said at 2 AM he was driving, spot-lighting, near the McKenzie Pass (5234 ft.), Oregon, close to the Pacific Crest Trail, when a big, 8-9 foot, silver-gray, creature ran across the trail. This was the weekend of Oct. 26-27. 1996
