Mike overheard the tale in North Bonneville (before the town was moved
for the dam), and it told of two fisherman landing a sturgeon in the
Columbia River nearby. A Bigfoot came close, not doing anything, but just
stared at them. Nervous, the fishermen left the area...and the sturgeon:
Half hour later when they came back, needless to say, there was no Bigfoot
and no sturgeon.
