Ray Crowe: This Sunday we met a fisherman at Surprise Lake, near the head of Fish Creek, who was from Carlton, Oregon. Talking of BF he said he had no sooner moved to the little town five years ago, when the neighbor told him of almost running over one on the road near his house.
